Pinington carried out the construction of this purpose built dance studio as additional facilities provide in the main performing arts centre.
The 576 sqm purpose built studio incorporates four dance studios, two linked together by a glazed moveable wall to provide a dance studio of 200 sqm, toilet and changing facilities together with state of the art sound systems to all studios.
Pinington also carried out the second phase of this development: a single storey extension to the main performing arts centre measuring 1700 sqm linked to the existing building at two door locations planned during phase 1 of the development for ease of connection.
The new development, which houses the music department, has two state of the art music studios, an editing suite, six practice rooms, offices and changing facilities and extensive use of acoustically rated materials.
The development also included providing a new car park for 50 cars together with hard and soft landscaping.
