Pinington provides its employees with essential development and training opportunities to perform their duties effectively and support the company’s continuous improvement, in line with our Investors in People accreditation. We are dedicated to staff training and development through various programs tailored to individual needs, ensuring that company policies and procedures are integrated into all training initiatives.

Pinington work closely with L&M College and University of Lancashire with Apprentice Tradesman and Professionals.

We also engage with the local College for work experience students to provide a gateway into the work place.

We have seen the benefit of such schemes in the past with the return on investment and nothing makes us more proud then to see our team excel and achieve their goals.

Pinington takes great pride in its continual commitment to prioritising the wellbeing of all our employees. In recent years, we have implemented several changes to enhance staff wellbeing and morale. Team Building has become an annual event in the Lak District and a chance for everyone to relax and enjoy the outdoors. We also introduced a racing challenge at the Go Karting track  prior to our Xmas shutdown and it proved to be an excellent event.

Pinington offers a loyalty service scheme. This scheme celebrates milestones at 10, 15, 20 years, and beyond, recognizing the significant contributions and continued commitment of our staff. We are immensely proud of all our staff and progression they have made through their working life at the company.
