The project involved the refurbishment of the classrooms and toilets at the community school that offers facilities to those most in need.
Bleasdale School is an Outstanding school in the centre of the picturesque village of Silverdale in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The day school includes two buildings with a rich history on both sides of the street and extensive green space for pupils to learn in.
The School caters for pupils 2 to 19 years with Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), associated complex needs, ASC (Autism) and challenging behaviours.
Pinington were immensely proud to be able to play their part in the amazing work that the fantastic leaders and staff at the school contribute to the community, and to provide a safe learning and social space for the children.
As you can see from the photographs, the attention to detail that is required when carrying out refurbishment work on these types of buildings is something that we have excelled at once again.

The project comprised the construction of a two-storey youth centre, along with the landscaping of the surrounding garden areas. The steel frame structure was erected early in the programme, followed by blockwork and cladding, resulting in a striking and high-quality aesthetic finish.
