Phase 1 works included a full refurbishment and remodelling of staff areas including breakout work spaces and staff rooms. Works were also undertaken to from new science laboratories and classroom including all necessary specialist equipment.
Phase 2 works included the formation and refurbishment of more science laboratories, classrooms, toilet and corridor area. Works were also undertaken in this phase to completely refurbish the existing theatre area with new lighting rigs, sound baffles specialist lighting and sound systems.
Phase 3 works included remodelling the main entrance area including new reception desk and screens, formation of hot desk pod rooms for group and independent study areas, refurbishment of the changing areas to serve the existing hall and the formation of a new ICT suite.
Externally a full hard and soft landscaping scheme was undertaken to the perimeter of the building and existing car park area.
