Established over 75 years ago, Pinington has continually sought to broaden it’s client base and apply new skills and techniques to it’s operations in order to meet the desired needs of our clients within the Construction Industry. As a company, we continuously strive to deliver the highest quality service possible.

The Company’s multi-skilled workforce has achieved remarkable results in recent years having recently been awarded North West SME Construction Company of the Year 2016 by encompassing new standards of service efficiency and providing quality of product. Pinington have been winners of the prestigious Lancashire BIBAs Award in 2018 for Construction Business of the Year and we were also crowned Family Business of the Year in 2025.

It is this professional approach that has helped the company to establish an outstanding reputation with clients in all sectors for its work throughout the North West of England.

What Do We Offer?

We believe we offer an exceptional service whether it be from our construction team or our in-house team of mechanical & electrical, directly employed, qualified service engineers.

Pinington are capable of comfortably undertaking construction projects in all key sectors within a value range of £50k to £7.5m. We always ensure that our projects are delivered in a timely and cost effective manor always maintaining the highest quality possible.

We retain a mechanical & electrical department which services the majority of these projects but is also enables us to operate independently if and when required for clients and contractors. All staff are highly qualified, experienced and directly employed by Pinington.

Pinington also retain directly employed highly skilled trade’s personnel including Joiners and Bricklayers and also employ several apprentices. We are very keen to promote training throughout the business.

Pinington retain a strong local supply chain which is reviewed on a regular basis to ensure excellent quality, strong Health & Safety records and capability to provide the right resources at the right time.
