This new steel framed building was a design & build project that would give the College a first-class training facility for sea cadets.

The construction also included a reinforced slab, roller shutter doors, overhead crane and a demountable front façade that would enable large engines to be sited in the building upon which the Students could gain valid experience. The project also obtained an Excellent BREEAM rating.
