The project comprised of two phases to provide a new workshop and valet centre and total refurbishment of the existing showroom.

Phase 1 Demolition of the old valet centre and erection of a new 10 bay workshop and parts department including adapting part of the old building incorporating a new MOT testing facilities, canteen and toilet facilities along with all associated external works.

Phase 2 The project comprised the refurbishment of the internal space including toilets to the existing showroom to provide a handover bay and additional office space including a mezzanine floor.  This phase was carried out whilst the client continued to operate from temporary facilities on the same site.
