Pinington were appointed by Lancaster City Council on this project to undertake a full site refurbishment. The works consisted of demolition of the existing buildings and the erection of a new timber frame and timber clad Accommodation Block with a separate Wardens Block.
The new accommodation blocks were fitted out with shower cubicles and a fully functioning Kitchen, along with a full new M&E install including Ventilation System, LED lighting, Caravan Hook Up Points and Waste Disposal Units.
Externally the site underwent a drastic refurbishment with new hard standings and re-tarmacking to all existing roads with various areas of new fencing and new LED street lighting.
The site also underwent a new Electricity supply upgrade with a new Substation added at the entrance that was coordinated with the local utility company.
Another outstanding job completed for use by the local community. Excellent work everyone. 👏

The project comprised the construction of a two-storey youth centre, along with the landscaping of the surrounding garden areas.
