Happy New Year to all! 🥳

We closed out our 76th year of trading with 100% staff retention! ✅

It just shows how improving the working environment and team communication can bring its rewards.

Team building days and regular company updates have improved moral massively and have provided a sense of community in the workplace.

Collaborative working was promoted to heighten job satisfaction, find solutions to resolve problems and develop excellent skills. 😁

We also welcomed two new full time apprentices to help build on the success of past generations. 💚

We hope that 2025 brings everyone the success that all their efforts deserve.
