BIBA’s 2025 Interviews at Preston North End ⚽🏆

Thomas Pinington and Peter Heskine took some time out of the office to tell the judges about our Passivhaus journey and our flagship project at WGH Theatres👷‍♂️

These types of meetings let us reflect on the past 12 months, and it’s amazing to see all the construction projects that we have completed with our dedicated team, both in the office and out on site. 👏

We also spoke about how we have managed to improve our staff retention with loyalty bonuses and team-building events, along with our annual employee meetings at recently completed projects. 💚

The ice cream in the hot weather has also improved productivity 😁🍦

Thanks to the hospitality at Preston North End. Let’s hope we also have a trophy to take home in 2025, like the PNE Class of ’96 😉
