This £5.2m project comprised the construction of 32 number residential two and three bedroom apartments in two blocks together with underground parking and all associated Mechanical, Electrical services and external works.
The project was tendered over a two stage tendering process and Pinington became the management contractor for the project. Working with Capita Symonds with a cost plan each element of the project was packaged and sent out to tender and value engineered to ensure the project was delivered to budget.
Pinington were appointed by the charity trust to carry out a comprehensive programme of improvements across the almshouses.
