The project comprised the construction of a two-storey youth centre, along with the landscaping of the surrounding garden areas.
The steel frame structure was erected early in the programme, followed by blockwork and cladding, resulting in a striking and high-quality aesthetic finish.
The industrial-style internal finishes, paired with sharp detailing, delivered an excellent overall finish.
Pinington was also appointed to deliver the full Mechanical and Electrical package for this new-build scheme. The works incorporated heat recovery ventilation and high-efficiency electric heating systems, designed to keep the building’s running costs affordable. Provision was also made for the future installation of an electric photovoltaic (PV) system.
New incoming services were fully coordinated as part of the scheme, with all systems commissioned, tested, and demonstrated to the client upon completion.
