This project was a complete blank canvas in so far as the land was a section of unused and undeveloped land on an industrial estate close to Heysham Ferry Port. Pinington were employed to remediate the site and construct a new regional office, meeting room, conference and training suite and HGV workshop on the site.
The project had its own difficulties with the main being the co-ordination of new incoming mains services however these were all overcome and the project was handed over in 2017 and has been in working order since.
Pinington successfully delivered the comprehensive redevelopment of Black Horse Farm, transforming the site to enhance the caravan and motorhome experience for members while improving operational efficiency and sustainability.
