Completion 2017

Pinington were approached by the National Developer Morbaine to provide Kendal Rugby Club with a new clubhouse, function facility, new training pitches and modern club facility with training facilities, Gym and fitness centre.

In addition we undertook the external hard landscaping providing external car parks and grandstands. The new pitches were undertaken by a specialist contractor that the client appointed directly and we co-ordinated. The building is traditional construction featuring reconstituted stone, self-coloured render with roofing tiles manufactured from metal, but giving a slate appearance to be in keeping with the local planning authority. The viewing balcony leading from the club’s hospitality area looks over the 1st team pitch and features a bespoke glass balustrade.

This recently completed project is an excellent product and is testament to Management Team of Pinington and the consultants involved in the project. We as a company are very proud of the product and will be for years to come.
