Pinington successfully delivered a full redevelopment of the site to transform both its infrastructure and visitor facilities.
The works involved the demolition and reconstruction of the existing toilet block, creation of several new fully serviced pitches, and construction of a new access road to improve vehicle movement throughout the site.
The Toilet block was designed with Solar PV and Air Source Heat Pump to assist with the carbon footprint of the site.
Further improvements included the rebuilding of the workshop and tractor store, installation of two purpose-built site staff pods, replacement of the existing service points, and relocation of the motorvan waste point to streamline access.
The reception building was also fully refurbished to create a more modern and welcoming arrival experience.
Collectively, these upgrades significantly enhanced operational efficiency, functionality, and the overall guest experience across the site.
