Caton St Pauls School Excellent Xmas Cards! 🎅🎄

We invited a class from Caton St Paul’s on Moorside Road to take part in a Christmas card competition, as the school is just down the road from the new Passivhaus we completed this year. 🏡

The children have seen the site turned from a field into a house and the detail and creativity of the drawings blew us away! 💯

Charlie’s was our favourite for detail with a scaled drawing including insulated cladding for warmth, Windows for solar gains and Roof Lights for ventilation (a draftsman in the making!), add to that a Pinington digger, fabulous stuff! 🏗️

Rey’s won the creativity award with this years theme of the Angry Owl and the words “Everyone Go Away” (we work with someone like that! 🤣) along with the bright colours. 🌞

To add to the emotion of the day it was the same school that Tom Pinington attended in the 80’s and the pupils enjoyed hearing about his time at the school. 🗒️

It was also great to see a strong show of hands for the boys and girls that play (and score goals!) for Lunevalley Junior Football team⚽
