Spring 2012 Pinington helping to spice up business in Lancaster
Pinington are delighted to be main sponsors for the new and exciting business networking organisation’s “Networking in the City” launch of the new lunchtime curry club in Lancaster.
The successful group which attracts businesses from the property, construction and finance sectors regularly attracts 60+ people to their lunch meetings; the Lancaster club aims to meet this target by inviting likeminded people from the industry in the region.
Mark Ayrton Managing Director, Pinington said “We are not in this for the ride; we are very keen to bring construction industry people together in what is still seen as a tough market. The construction and property sector is a people industry and through this new monthly networking event we hope to help build relationships with people who are as keen as we are to promote, revitalise and develop the local marketplace”.
Steve Kettle, owner of Networking in the City said: “We have seen the curry clubs grow in popularity over the past 30 years and people comment on the relaxed atmosphere, great food and informal networking opportunities”. Networking in the City has 11 curry clubs around the UK with plans to open more in 2012.
The new Lancaster lunch will be held monthly at Babar Elephant Indian restaurant in Lancaster.
