Overview

From the Pinington head office in Lancaster, Lancashire, we offer building, plumbing electrical, refurbishment, planned maintenance and emergency repairs using our own multi-skilled technicians.

We know not all customers are the same and our teams’ experience of working in different sectors ensures that they listen to what customers want and design programmes to suit each situation.

Our services range from the provision of a Pinington technician for half a day for minor repairs to an annual plan for tailored property maintenance. Our expertise working in and around occupied properties makes us popular where a discreet but efficient response is appreciated.
