Construction of a new swimming pool and leisure facility including children’s
splash pool, male & female changing rooms, toilets, sauna, all associated
Mechanical & Electrical services and external works.
The project was managed by Pinington to a fixed budget by the client. This
involved working closely with the architect and the client to value engineer the
project as it was being constructed. Everyone involved is proud of what was
achieved especially delivering the project to budget.
