Chester Pinington carried out the second phase of this development: a single storey extension to the main performing arts centre measuring 1700 sqm linked to the existing building at two door locations planned during phase 1 of the development for ease of connection.
The new development, which houses the music department, has two state of the art music studios, an editing suite, six practice rooms, offices and changing facilities and extensive use of acoustically rated materials.
The development also included providing a new car park for 50 cars together with hard and soft landscaping.
