This fast track project over just 10 weeks entailed the external refurbishment of three blocks of student accommodation situated in the heart of Lancaster adjacent to Lancaster Canal with the internal refurbishment to one of the blocks.

The works involved; the replacement of all rainwater goods, replacement balcony balustrades, painting to external render and renewal of bird protection externally. Internally 12 Flats were up graded with new kitchens, floor coverings, fixed beds and decoration with minor alterations to the mechanical and electrical services.
