A project for the Bendrigg Trust which specialises in courses & activities for
disadvantaged young Children.
A new activity hall and lodge was built, following the demolition of some small
outbuildings, over split levels with a gross floor area of 7300sq ft. The building
included a 6.5m climbing wall, open plan activity hall, meeting room & toilets
to first floor with offices at second floor level all served by a passenger lift along
with all Mechanical, Electrical services and associated external works.
