Mechanical Contracts Manager/Estimator

Price Tenders and run their mechanical contracts across Lancashire and the Lakes.

The Ideal candidate will come from the Mechanical Contractor background and have worked in a permanent position as Estimator/Mechanical Contacts Manager for a number of years.

Duties:

- Estimation using a computer package

- Knowledge of schedules of rates and or bill of quantities is essential

- Must have previous commercial building services mechanical/heating & plumbing estimating experience on commercial projects

- Interpretation of mechanical design and tender documentation

- Site surveys to client properties to assess the current mechanical installations

- Assisting the bid team with client representation

- Contract Managing projects

- Ordering Plant and Materials
